I didn’t grow up in a household where my parents understood proper nutrition or the importance of physical fitness (sorry Mom, I know you read my posts).

I had to learn, mostly through trial and error.

A/B testing, experimenting, and failing……sometimes miserably.

Success and failure constantly guided my self-education.

Keeping the concepts that worked and ditching the ones that didn’t, always refining, re-testing, and pivoting if needed.

The results of my multi-decade journey is an armory of bulletproof systems and a unique skill set that will last a lifetime.

Plus, I will pass on the knowledge I have gained to my children and their kids - building generational health.
