The Effectiveness of The Carnivore Diet Lies in its Simplicity.

When it comes to nutrition, keeping things simple and effective is the way to go.

I gravitated to The Carnivore Diet because of its effectiveness in reducing inflammation.

I stuck with it because it is simple to follow. 

Planning, prepping, and cooking meals is a breeze.

Plus, cooking at home is cheaper than eating out and more nutritious.

Here's how you do it.

Step 1: Pick your fighter 🥩​
Choose your favorite animal-based protein

Example:
Ground beef
Steak
Salmon
Chicken
Ground Turkey

Step 2: Add Some Heat 🔥​
This one is a no brainer…cook your protein.

Don’t forget to use a little salt, and eliminate inflammatory seasonings, as seed based spices are packed with oxalates and lectins, which can wreak havoc on your gut over time.

Step 3: Add more Protein 🍳
This step is optional but has helped me build and maintain muscle mass in my mid-40's.

Eggs are a great compliment to any Carnivore dish and can be prepared in many ways.
Omelet
Scrambled
Over Easy
Poached
Hard Boiled
Plus multiple options with egg whites.

Bacon is also a fantastic addition to any meal!

Step 4: Garnish with a Healthy Fat 🧈​
Adding fat enhances flavor.

My favorites are:
Butter
Avocado
Goat Cheese
Greek Yogurt
Heavy Whipping Cream
Black Olives

Step 5: Eat and enjoy!​
Carnivore meal prep is so simple that it makes sticking to the diet incredibly easy.

Bonus - Step 6: Adding Carbs 🍓🫐
If you choose to include carbohydrates, opt for those in the low to medium toxicity range.
